+ JUNIOR PEOPLE & CULTURE GENERALIST (M/F/D)
As a Junior People & Culture Generalist (m/f/d), you will take on a variety of tasks in HR management and support our employees along the entire employee lifecycle.
Your tasks:
- Employee support and advice along the entire employee lifecycle for the retail and logistics employee groups - from recruitment to departure
- Planning and implementing internal and external HR marketing measures
- Planning and organizing our annual event and health programme
- Responsibility for time management as a key user
- Communication and cooperation with external business partners, such as authorities, service providers, company cooperative and employment agency
- Personnel administration and master data maintenance for all employee groups - from joining to leaving
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR or comparable training
- Ideally, you have already gained some work experience
- You have a good feel for dealing with people and are always open and appreciative
- You work in a committed and structured manner and have a strong hands-on mentality
